Pork, onion, carrots and 'lotus stem' and free range eggs cooked using traditional recipe. Amongst other things, chicken and kelp broth are used to add extra flavour. 

The packs comes in a ready to eat retort pack, and just needs to be heated. Please ensure that you heat the pack in water without opening the pack.
